Your business is considered delinquent if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your business is operating within a taxing authority where Keystone serves as the collector and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your businesses has not filed the business privilege\/mercantile tax return or made payment by the due date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you receive a delinquent business privilege and\/or mercantile tax notice, you must complete the following within 20 days of the date of the notice:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Download the required <a href=\"https:\/\/keystonecollects.com\/es\/formas\/?_customers=businesses&amp;_taxes_and_fees=business-privilege-mercantile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tax form(s)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mail your completed return, payment and all supporting forms\/documentation to: Keystone Collections Group, PO Box 489, Irwin, PA 15642<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to respond may result in collection action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Did you receive a notice but believe your business does not owe the tax?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe your business is not required to pay this tax, complete the form at the bottom of the delinquent notice you received and mail to Keystone at the address provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please access <a
