How do I log in and set up an individual e-file account to pay my local earned income tax online?

IMPORTANT! If you have an existing account set up for a Keystone Portal (e.g., KeyTRAC or Business Portal), you may use those credentials to access Keystone e-file.

If you’ve never accessed a Keystone system to file/pay taxes, you will need to set up an account.

To get started:
• Access Keystone e-file for Individual Taxpayers
• Click “Register”
• Follow the onscreen instructions

Note: It is recommended that you do not use an email for your username as the username cannot be changed once created.
