In celebration of Customer Service Week, Keystone call center and local in-person offices, will be closed for a special training and development program. This initiative is designed to further enhance the skills and expertise of our taxpayer service representatives so that we can continue to serve your taxpayers at the high level of expertise that you and they deserve.
To accommodate these special training and development sessions, we must briefly alter our normal schedule.

Purpose: Training and Development for Customer Service Excellence
During this period, the phone lines and offices will not be available to the public.
