Are payment plans offered for business privilege/mercantile tax?

No. Payment plans are not offered for privilegio comercial/impuesto mercantil. Keystone Collections Group will accept partial payments; the outstanding balance will accrue penalty and interest until the balance is paid in full. Interest and penalty vary by municipality.
