Keystone mails the business privilege and mercantile tax returns and license applications early in the year. If you did not receive the required forms, access our business forms and choose your community to download the required form for your business location.
Complete the form(s) for your municipality and mail to Keystone with the applicable fee(s). Keystone mails the license once each year in the month of June. If a fee is applicable, it must be received by the due date indicated on your form.
