Yes. If Keystone is the Tax Officer for your employee’s PA resident taxing jurisdiction use the Political Subdivision (PSD) Code 880000 to report the workplace is located outside of Pennsylvania. Also report the employee’s resident PSD Code. Find the PSD Code using the Estadísticas Municipales del Departamento de Desarrollo Comunitario y Económico de Pensilvania
