Does Keystone mail a local earned income tax return to me?
Yes. If you reside in one of the jurisdictions where Keystone is the earned income tax officer, you should receive a return in the mail

I filed online last year but changed my email address since then. Can I e-file this year?
Yes. Access Keystone’s e-file. Once you log onto your account, select “Profile” at the top of the screen and follow the instructions.
I forgot my password. Can I still e-file?
Yes. Access Keystone’s e-file. From the Log On screen click “Forgot Password?” and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
