Keystone is making it easier for taxpayers to find their own real estate, per capita and occupation tax account information using Tax Invoice Lookup on our e-Pay website. This self-service tool helps taxpayers to quickly locate accounts after providing key information, saving time and streamlining the tax payment process.
To access Tax Invoice Lookup:
- Access e-Pay.
- Click on the hyperlink “Don’t have your invoice number?”
- Review the taxes available for lookup.
- Click on Invoice Lookup and select the tax type from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the requested information and click search.
This enhancement is part of Keystone’s ongoing effort to improve and enhance how taxpayers interact with us. With a user-friendly way to find tax account information, we hope to provide better support while continuously working to enhance our online services.
