This Keystone Collections Group Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) Authorization (“Authorization”) governs single and recurring electronic payments you seek to arrange on your account with Keystone Collections Group (“Keystone”). You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Authorization and Keystone’s Terms of Service. This Authorization does not amend or otherwise adjust any past, current or future balances listed on any accounts you hold with Keystone. You specifically understand that balances may accrue penalty, interest and collection costs at the statutory rate, and your payment remittance does not halt or otherwise toll lawfully imposed charges.
You authorize Keystone to initiate electronic payments from the checking or savings account you specify at enrollment and, if necessary, to electronically credit your account to correct erroneous debits or make payment of refunds or other related credits.
Description of amounts to be withdrawn based upon your selection:
A. SINGLE PAYMENT ENTRY. If you choose this option, the amount of the electronic payment will be a one-time payment as determined by you. This option applies to a one-time invoice, such as a per capita or real estate tax payment, or a one-time lump sum payment to be applied to a delinquent account. You are permitted to initiate a single payment entry at any time during enrollment, and single-entry payments will not impact any recurring payments established under this Authorization.
B. FULL RECURRING INVOICE BALANCE as shown on your monthly bill/invoice. This option pertains only to accounts for which Keystone issues you a monthly bill (e.g. current sewage fees, current real estate installments) If you choose this option, the amount of each electronic payment will be the balance shown on your most recent invoice, or if payments have posted to your account since the due date of your most recent invoice, the new balance less any such payments.
C. RECURRING AMOUNT YOU SPECIFY. If you choose this option, the amount of each electronic payment will be the amount you have specified at enrollment (or any such amount you later specify.) This option may apply to monthly payment plans for delinquent taxes. Any payments made outside of the monthly payment plan will not impact the monthly amount to be electronically withdrawn.
In no event will the amount of any electronic payment exceed the balance due on your account.
You understand that:
The amount of the electronic payment may vary each month and if you choose the FULL INVOICE BALANCE, your invoice may be your only notice of the payment amount. You may check your account balance at any time at Pay.KeystoneCollects.com.
While enrolled, you may make additional payments at any time.
If your account or invoice balance is less than or equal to $0.00, no electronic payment will be processed.
If your payment is returned unpaid, your account may be subject to Keystone’s standard fee for payment failures or insufficient funds.
You understand that Keystone reserves the right to cancel this authorization at any time due to payment failure or insufficient funds.
You agree that ACH transactions you authorize comply with all applicable laws.
You understand that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until you notify Keystone that you wish to revoke or otherwise cancel this authorization electronically at Pay.KeystoneCollects.com or by contacting Keystone at 724-978-0300 during regular business hours. This authorization shall automatically terminate at such time as your account is closed or rendered inactive due to a permanently satisfied balance, change of address, or termination of Keystone’s services with the associated taxing or utility jurisdiction. In the event of such termination, Keystone will notify you via electronic mail at the email address on file.
Once enrolled, you may change the designated Deposit Account by updating your account information on Pay.KeystoneCollects.com. You understand that Keystone requires notice at least 5 days prior in order to cancel this authorization. In the event that Keystone updates the terms of this Authorization, Keystone will notify you via electronic mail at the address on file.
