Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for maintaining strong client relationship and developing new business.  Driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients, is the primary goal.  The RM works with current and prospective clients, as well as team members, to facilitate the resolution of client challenges and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify prospective and existing client opportunities, including industry research
  • Maintain strong client relationships to foster contract renewals and growth
  • Develop, maintain, and accurately forecast and report sales
  • Identify and qualify new and existing client opportunities 
  • Serve as the key contact for all matters related to assigned accounts
  • Develop sales strategy, proposals, and presentations
  • Work with Marketing to create and maintain print and digital projects
  • Partner with internal resources to resolve client issues
