My employee works in multiple political subdivisions (PSDs). Do I include each workplace-location PSD code on my employees’ W2s?

Yes. If you report payroll tax withholding for an employee to multiple workplace locations, you must list withholding to each PSD on a separate line of the W2. The W2 provides multiple lines to report withheld tax separately for each PSD.
