If you no longer have a copy of your W-2 or other tax documents filed with Pennsylvania, you can access documents through the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue’s online portal, myPATH.
Steps to Access Documents
- Create a myPATH Account: Go to myPATH and register for an account.
- Verification Process: After registering, you will receive a letter in the mail from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue with a verification code. This letter usually arrives within one week.
- Complete Account Setup: Once you receive the code, log in to your myPATH account and enter the code to finalize access.
- Access Your Documents: Once the account verified, view and download tax records, and any documents submitted to the state.
