How do I respond to a wage garnishment for an employee that is seasonal or on leave?

If the employee is still on your payroll and earning wages, you are required to withhold and remit a maximum of 10% of their gross wages each pay period. If the employee is not currently earning wages, you can notify us by responding to the garnishment at Business.KeystoneCollects.com. New users must create an account. Once logged in, use the information contained on the Wage Attachment Notice that you received for your employee.
