Yes. Keystone’s e-Pay permits you to make a credit card payment online. Simply choose the credit card option from the drop-down menu on the payment screen. Note: First Data Corp. imposes a 2.5% bank fee (with a minimum of $0.50) on each transaction. There is no fee if you pay online from your bank account using ACH.
