I have multiple workplace facilities. Do I report payroll withholding for each facility?

Yes. Report payroll withholding to the Tax Officer for each facility’s taxing jurisdiction. Your return must include both the workplace PSD Code and the resident PSD Code for each employee. If your workplace facilities are in multiple Tax Collection Districts (counties) with different Tax Officers, you may qualify to file all your earned income tax returns electronically using Keystone’s Business Portal.
