Lycoming County Tax Information
Keystone Collections Group serves as the new local earned income tax officer for Lycoming County. Residents and businesses will remit tax payments for the 4th quarter of 2024 and file tax year 2024 final earned income tax returns with Keystone.
Business/Employer 2024 4th quarter payments are due January 31, 2025.
Follow instructions below.
Individual taxpayer 2024 final local earned income tax returns are due April 15, 2025.
Businesses should follow these instructions for filing and paying 4th quarter Earned Income Tax return.
Steps to Get Started:
1. Create or sign into your account on our website at Business.KeystoneCollects.com.
2. Follow the specific instructions provided below that align with your 4th quarter scenario.
Scenario 1: Submitting and Paying for the Entire 4th Quarter in One Filing
1. Log in to your Business.KeystoneCollects.com account and follow the instructions to create your filing for the entire 4th quarter.
2. IMPORTANT: For the 4th quarter only, we are offering payment vouchers.
• Since you are filing and paying for the entire quarter at once, we recommend using one of the following payment methods: “ACH Debit, ACH Credit or Credit Card”.
3. For future quarters, online payments will be required
Scenario 2: Payments for October and November 2024 Were Already Sent to the Previous Tax Office.
1. Log in to your Business.KeystoneCollects.com account and follow the instructions to create your filing for the entire 4th quarter.
2. When creating the file, select the Payment Voucher option as the payment method.
3. Print the payment voucher and mail it, along with a check for the December payment, to Keystone Collections Group, PO Box 506, Irwin, PA 15642
• IMPORTANT: The voucher amount will reflect the entire 4th quarter, but you should only send a check for the December payment amount.
4. Keystone will reconcile the Payment Voucher with your October and November payments after receiving the data from Lycoming tax office.

The Lycoming Tax Office is currently working on completing their portion of the 2024 tax processes. Upon receipt of the necessary data, Keystone will finalize the transition and share updates with residents and businesses.
