Keystone’s secure website Contact form makes it easy for you to send us tax documents.
Menu options are based on the customer and tax type selected. You may be routed to a Keystone online application to complete your document upload or be directed to attach your files via the Contact form. Be sure to follow the path provided to ensure timely handling.
To get started, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to the Contact form.
- Select your Customer Type and Tax Type from the drop-down menu.
- Indicate if you have documents to send to Keystone.
- Select the option that pertains to your scenario.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
Uploaded documents will be processed in the normal workflow.
