My business was sold and I am no longer required to pay the business privilege/mercantile tax. How do I notify Keystone of this update?

If a business was sold to another owner/entity, submit one of the following to Keystone Collections Group, PO Box 489, Irwin, PA 15642:

•  a copy of the sales agreement and/or
• a letter stating the date the business was sold and to whom.
